He Is Legend are a North Carolina rock band known for twisting metalcore, post-hardcore, Southern rock, stoner metal, and psychedelic heaviness into a sound that has never fit comfortably inside one genre. Formed in Wilmington and led by vocalist Schuylar Croom and guitarist Adam Tanbouz, the band broke through with 2004’s cult favorite I Am Hollywood and has spent the decades since building a fiercely devoted following around massive riffs, dark storytelling, unpredictable songwriting, and explosive live shows. Across albums including Suck Out the Poison, It Hates You, Heavy Fruit, White Bat, and Endless Hallway, He Is Legend remain one of heavy rock’s most distinctive and enduring cult acts.
