Magick Potion are a heavy rock trio from the rural outskirts of Baltimore, channeling the raw power, fuzz, and groove of late-’60s and early-’70s hard rock into something loud, loose, and distinctly their own. Drawing inspiration from bands like Blue Cheer, The Amboy Dukes, and Budgie, the group pairs roaring guitars, thunderous drums, and hard-driving bass with flashes of psychedelia and cosmic haze. Their self-titled debut on RidingEasy Records captures that mix of vintage heaviness and modern energy in full force.
